OBJECTIVE

IFHHRO and Edhucasalud offer an intense 5 day residential course. The course is designed for health professionals as well as for officials and others from the civil society dealing with health related issues on a daily basis. The training is designed to present available tools to monitor the right to health within the Latin American region. Participants will acquire a basic knowledge of international human right and humanitarian law and its relation with public health practices.

Our aim is to present ways of monitoring health issues with a human right based approach, including practices and policies, to attain sufficient familiarity of the international and regional mechanism and procedure to safeguard the right to health of people.
